One of my favorite attraction is the Sunset Strip area of the Sunset Boulevard. That's where most of the hot Hollywood's night clubs are located.

As well as major Studios and Museums in Hollywood, these are fun things to do when you travel and visit Southern California.

On Hollywood Boulevard you'll find the famous Movie Theaters also known as Movie Palaces.

These are the original opulent theaters from the 1920's, and they are worth a visit for sure, as they are one of the top Hollywood attractions.

During the early years of Hollywood, there was a authentic Victorian Mansion Built in 1908 on Franklin Avenue. It is now house the World famous Magic Club for magicians with live magic shows every night.

This is a place you shouldn't miss, as you will be seeing actual famous movie sets, maybe of your favorite movie or TV show.

In tinseltown, you are never far from a hot bar and wateringhole. There are funky bars, elegant hotel bars and historic bars in Hollywood.

The new cocktail bonanza has created lots of stylish hip bars and hotspots for drinking.

Hollywood California is a magical name that has been synonymous with the Hollywood Film Industry, the glamour of cinemas, movies and movie stars since the 1920's and the History of Hollywood, when the film business moved to sunny California.

'Tinseltown' has undergone a major facelift in recent years, but along a few blocks of Hollywood Boulevard, you can still see fine Hollywood Theaters, Old Movie Palaces, such as the Mann's Chinese Theater, El Capitan and the Pantages Theater Hollywood

Hollywood Walk of Fame, one of the major Hollywood attractions, is world famous with its large bronze stars embedded in the sidewalk to honor hundreds of Hollywood Celebrities.

A major entertainment complex,Hollywood and Highland, is located nest to the famous Chinese Theater.

It's a great center and one of the main Hollywood attractions, with lots of restaurants, a cinema, upscale shops and of course, the famous Kodiak Theater, home of the Academy Awards Cermonies, otherwise known as the Oscars.

It also is home to the American Idol TV show, as well as other live broadcasts.

Across the street from the Hollywood Wax Museum is the Guinness World of Records Museum.

This museum displays 3-D versions of the oddities found in the Guinness Book of Records. Quite fascinating. It is a very popular exhibit and one of the fun Hollywood attractions.

The famous Hollywood Sign is located on top of Mount Lee. A great attraction in this town.

There are a lot of really fun things in there. The kids will enjoy it as well, which I can testify to.

A visit to this town would not be complete without a stop and tour of Paramount Pictures, the only major film studio still located in Hollywood.

It's only a few blocks from my home, so I go by it all the time. The Melrose Avenue Gate is the one most people are familiar with.

After your Paramount Studios tour, head over to the famous Hollywood Forever Cemetary, it's only a couple of blocks away on 600 Santa Monica Boulevard.

This is where movie stars are buried in style. It's a very beautiful place so don't miss it, OK.

You can drive around inside and stop where you like, so it's a very easy place to sight see.

Another of Hollywood attractions you most likely have heard of is the World famous lingerie store of Fredericks of Hollywood and Fredericks famous sexy lingerie and dresses.

It's misspelled all the time, but the correct spelling is Fredericks of Hollywood. If you like sexy underwears and lingerie you'll love this place.

It doesn't get any sexier than this. The store is located at 6608 Hollywood Boulevard.

You can end your day with a slightly more cultural activity.

I'm talking about the fantastic outdoor Hollywood Bowl at 2301 N. Highland Avenue. There is ample parking on a lot across the street.

Or, if you rather sit down for a dinner, head over to Planet Hollywood, this great attraction is a celebrity owned theme restaurant with good all American style food.

The place is full of Hollywood Memorabilia.

If you like a cocktail before dinner, or after, I recommend the legendary Formosa Cafe on Melrose Avenue.

They have served up fabulous drinks since Clark Gable and his gang used to hang out there.

Celebrities still show up for an evening of fun. The last time I was there, Tony Danza walked in with a group of movie people.
