We used to live in South Laguna for years, so we know this place well. We now live in Los Angeles, so when visiting Laguna we stay at these, our favorite hotels.

During the off-season, the hotel prices drop almost by half, even at the luxury beach front hotels and resorts.

Almost every hotel and lodging in Laguna Beach is located on the beach. Some are more romantic and luxurious than others.

There are also many hotels that are better suited for families with children. Most kids don't appriciate luxury. At least my kids never did when they were small. They only wanted to have fun at the beach.

THE MONTAGE LAGUNA BEACH is the best of the luxury resort hotels where celebrities stay when visiting Laguna. It's a beautiful bluff top hotel.

The oldest and most historic hotel is HOTEL LAGUNA which is located on the beach next to the famous Main Beach in the center of town.

VACATION VILLAGE LAGUNA BEACH is very popular with families with small children. Their room rates are also more affordable.

My favorite hotel is THE INN AT LAGUNA BEACH, a small boutique hotel right on the beach, next to the Main Beach.

You don't need to use your car for the whole weekend and the best restaurants and shops all within walking distance of this charming and very romantic hotel in Laguna Beach.

Hotel LA CASA DEL CAMINO was originally built in 1927 as a resort haven for Hollywood stars and celebrities.

This carming, romantic, vintage hotel has panoramic ocean views and is only steps from the beach.

SURF AND SAND HOTEL LAGUNA BEACH is a beautiful oceanfront resort that is less expensive than the Montage Resort.

So if you like a bit of luxury, but don't want to spend top dollars, check out this beachfront resort hotel in Laguna Beach. We love it!
