Today the Manns Theater is mostly known for its cement courtyard with nearly 200 foot and hand prints of famous movie stars.

Mary Pickford was actually the first person footprints at the theater, with her husband Douglas Fairbanks.

Other famous older footprints are Shirley Temple, Bette Davies, Harpo Marx and his harp, George Burns and his cigar, Roy Rogers and the hoof foot prints of his horse Trigger.

My favorite foot and hand prints are Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor and Clark Gable.

The theater is located in the heart of Hollywood at 6925 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, California (one block west of Highland Avenue).

Admission: The courtyard with the foot prints is free of charge, and is open 24 hours.
