The One Pico in house restaurant at Shutters Santa Monica is a fabulous place to have dinner in Santa Monica.
The dining room is luxuriously decorated, yet it also has a beachy cottage ambience and charm that this hotel is known for.
You will dine on the freshest food possible. They have a great selection of the finest seafood imagenable.
I love their Shaved Blue Fin Tuna and the Shellfish Avacado Salad appetizers. So good! You must try some.
The fantastic ocean views and the posh decor of the Shutters restaurant One Pico makes it such a romantic place for dinner.

The One Pico brunch menu is very special. My favorite brunch dishes are the Fritata and the House Smoked Salmon.
The grilled Lamb Salad is also delicious if you like lamb which I do. This is not a buffet style brunch, but an open menu brunch.
They serve regular breakfasts at the hotel in the breakfast diningroom and patio as well, although I think the the breakfasts at the shutters are quite pricey, so I would recomend that you go to a local breakfast place such as the Omelette Palace on Main Street if you like to save money.

The spa at the shutters is called One The Spa. They offer many different kinds of massages. The one I liked the best is the Hot Stone Massage.
Warm oils are massaged into your body by the use of smooth heated lava rocks. Very relaxing and stress reducing, and I felt great after.
The Fusion massage is also very soothing and relaxing.
